About try drumming

My vision at Try Drumming is to make drumming fun and help kids to find their place in the world, using drumming as a tool to guide them.

I help kids to grow their skills, build confidence and make lifelong friends through drumming. I think we can all relate to idolizing our parents when we were young. Following in my fathers footsteps, I began playing drums at a young age as a way to make friends.

I believe music is a really important part of a persons development as it provides confidence, social and technical skills. It’s also a really good way to be creative and explore your personality.

I enjoy motivating my students to achieve their goals. Most of them are interested in performing and developing a wider understanding and skill-set of the drum kit in general. Some are interested in developing their own artistic voice, too.
